With an ever increasing load of digital data (from all sources) there is need to understand new complexities of 'data capturing' correctly and in way it could be used for improving overall business. Digital professionals need more than ever the ability to measure and track visitors so as to both improve their products and content, as well as demonstrate value to customers and their effortless journeys. This presentation will consist of three main components which will cover the journey from measurement to optimisation covering analysis too. It will throw light on tested and proven model called MADOC and also briefly discuss the future of digital analytics industry.
