Dmitry is responsible for devising and implementing the BBC’s digital editorial offer for all 40 non-English foreign language new services. His is a typical “bridge” role that have started to appear in the digital sector in the last few years – sitting on the intersection of editorial, product, delivery and strategy teams, his team helps drive innovation and develop new ways of reaching audiences, increasing engagement across the world and, crucially, driving culture change is the organisation.
