Thomas is passionate about design thinking, data science and unlocking human potential through technology. He started his career in academia, doing research on the links between economic and health in sub-Saharan Africa. Thomas then transitioned to management consulting with the Boston Consulting Group, advising leaders in the tech, automotive and healthcare sectors on growth strategy and organizational effectiveness. He has spent the last three years at LinkedIn , where he now leads their Innovation & Strategic Programs Team as part of their Global Sales Effectiveness organization. His team focuses on developing new programs and products that leverage technology to advance the productivity of LinkedIn's sales reps. Thomas graduated from Stanford University.
