Presentation: Innovation Invigoration: Creating, Implementing and Executing a New Program for Your Brand
Lisa Chase is Director of Marketing and Operations Strategy for the Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the Mount Sinai Health System in New York. She crafts, executes and measures strategic marketing plans for the Health System and individual hospital initiatives to enhance reputation and build practice volume.
In 2015, she launched the first Same Day Appointment Program on the east coast in an academic medical center, followed by the first Dental Implant Program at the Health System. She also developed the first CME-accredited course on Coursera.com’s On Demand Platform, “Acute and Chronic Rhinosinusitis: A Comprehensive Review,” hosted by Dr. Satish Govindaraj.
Lisa tracks and benchmarks marketing campaign deadlines and metrics, crafts digital and print content and manages budgets, timelines, and technical launches.
Lisa serves on the American Academy of Otolaryngology’s Media and Public Relations Committee and won the HPRMS Marketing Excellence Award in 2014 and 2016. She is also a recipient of three Aster Awards and is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Course.
