Banita Sarwar is the Associate Director of Digital Personalization at Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide. She serves as the day to day strategic lead for Starwood’s digital personalization program, a marketing initiative which has driven 9-figure growth in incremental digital revenue gains and is geared to meet eCommerce goals. In her role, she focuses on ad optimization tactics making use of available customer and performance data. Banita works closely with vendors and cross functional teams to deploy new channels, solicit and modify marketing content and also oversees ad operations necessary for the program growth. Previously, Banita worked at a music startup company in ad monetization and operations strategy role. Banita has also worked as an Analyst at an Investment Bank for few years.
