Presentation: How to Remodel a Legacy Brand to Thrive?
At Coca-Cola, Eleanor leads and stewards the development of world-class Customer management & Commercial capabilities across ASEAN with The Coca-Cola Company and its bottling partners. She is responsible for working both internally and externally with key international and regional customers to develop and execute short and long term business plans. She developed the eCommerce strategy for Coca-Cola ASEAN, and am working on deploying the strategy. She relies on a background of strategy & customer leadership to provide leadership and expertise across the Asia Pacific Region in the areas of Customer Management, Commercial Capability Development, Premiumization, Category management, eCommerce and Shopper Marketing.
