As Senior Director of Investment Finance, Alex Henderson recommends critical business investment decisions based on end-to-end analytics, strategic prioritization and ongoing assessment. Alex activates core business insights into management decision-making and execution including cross-portfolio vehicle price increase and brand pipeline rationalization and development guidelines.

He has also worked in mergers and acquisitions/development, finance, commercial strategy and corporate strategy during his time at Mattel. Prior to joining Mattel in 2011, Henderson was a management consultant at Bain and Company in Atlanta and Stockholm, focusing on the industrial and retail sectors in growth, merger integration and private equity due diligence for target acquisitions. Henderson began his career at Trade Supply Group, which he helped grow from $30 million to $120 million during his 5 years there. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and Master of Arts degree in Political Science from Emory University and a Master of Business Administration degree from New York University Stern. He is a member of the Emory College Alumni Board and co-chairs the Wildwood Foundation Board, a Los-Angeles based non-profit organization.
